Built entirely with ALUULA. Half the weight and many times more resistant to flex, abrasion and puncture than dacron; the ALUULA leading edge delivers a next level handling in all wind conditions.
ALUULA REINFORCED DACRON LEADING EDGE
Built with rugged 160 gsm dacron and then enhanced by ALUULA. The ALUULA shock strip runs wing-tip to wing-tip, resulting in improved air frame flex response.
INDEPENDENT INFLATION VALVES Precision controlled inflation pressures for both the boom and leading edge independent of each other.
TEIJIN RIPSTOP CANOPY Teijin 54 gsm polyester ripstop canopy time test and proven.
ALUULA REINFORCEMENTS Ultra light, the ALUULA anti flutter strips & abrasion panels support the canopy ripstop to stop flutter and increase abrasion resistance at critical wear points.

UNITY WRIST LEASH Incredibly comfortable, this the Unity Wrist Leash features a fold back Velcro closure for secure connection and one handed donning and doffing and Amsteel spectra shock cord loaded line. 110 Cm relaxed to 170 cm stretched.
NO HULA HARNESS LOOP Quick loop to loop attachment, the no hula loop swings side to side for easy hook in and out. Quick length adjustment via larks head to knot.
WING BAG Rugged yet lightweight, the Wing Bag is designed to handle sandy wet wings. Featuring a large mesh side and bottom panels to assist with moisture and sand management. Tensile Strength -Warp / Weft (Lbs of force)
Tensile strength is a measurement of the force required to pull something such as rope, wire, or a structural beam to the point where it breaks. 
The lengthwise or longitudinal warp yarns are held stationary in tension on a frame or loom while the transverse weft (sometimes woof) is drawn through and inserted over-and-under the warp.
ALUULA ERGONOMIC SHAPED STRUT
Ergonomically shaped and built entirely out of the ultra light, ultra strong ALUULA composite material; The HL-Series strut increases profile stability, offers more rigidity and control, while also significantly reducing the weight on the trailing edge of the wing, keeping the strut up when one handed drifting.
QUAD LOCK SEAMS
Used specifically on the shaping seams of struts, Quad Lock delivers more than twice the strength of standard strut seam constructs, and was another innovation specifically tailored for the ALUULA airframe wings.
ALUULA POWER BAND
A band of ALUULA 82gsm composite runs from wing tip to wing tip along the connection seam between the canopy and leading edge. With twice the tensile strength of the underlying Dacron leading edge fabric, the ALUULA strip also stiffens the Dacron leading edge, increasing the Modulus (resistance to stretching while under load), providing increased stability and handling in all conditions.
KNUCKLE SAVER NEOPRENE HANDLE
You know the conditions are good when you chafe your knuckles during long downwind drifts. The leading edge behind the handle is padded with neoprene for improved comfort while the handle itself is stiffened to provide additional control while one handed wave riding.

The canopy's reinforcements, overlays and anti-flutter strips now benefit from ALUULA’s remarkable strength to weight ratio and its superior abrasion resistance compared to Dacron and other much heavier abrasion solutions.
TEIJIN D2 RIPSTOP CANOPY
Designed specifically for the wind-sports market, Teijin’s Technoforce D2 ripstop has high tear resistance, low stretch, and is incredibly lightweight.
Each strand of yarn is individually coated before being woven together. A second surface coating is then applied to the material, providing long term endurance.

INDEPENDENT STRUT AND LEADING EDGE INFLATION Individual leading edge and strut inflate / deflate valves specific pressures to be set for each spar. All Ocean Rodeo wings feature an industry-first high pressure strut which is safe at 12psi. Each size of Glide wing has a recommended PSI for the leading edge.
MATRIX HANDLE (PAT PENDING) Ultra light and strong, the removable Matrix handles shine when wave riding or connecting chop on prolonged downwinders, keeping the trailing edge of the wing as light as possible for the ultimate in drifting performance.
Built tough with ergonomically shaped EVA sheathed by rugged nylon tube webbing. 
Handles are connected to the strut by velcro locking tabs which allow the rider to change handles styles and positions.
Multiple harness line connection points are made possible via webbing loops located at each handle end. 
UNITY WRIST LEASH Included with all HL-Series Glide wings, the Unity wrist leash is designed not to let go during a flogging.
