Delivery Information
Please note that all members of Jaks Beauty Parlour are adhering to all regulations and guidelines from the WHO and local public health authorities.
We will always try and get your beauty goods to you as soon as possible by despatching within 1 to 2 working days. However, during busy holiday periods and with the added measures in place to ensure the safety of our customers; your order despatch may be delayed.

Returns
Faulty or Damaged Items
The Jaks Beauty Parlour Team always ensure the quality of our products. However, if something has slipped through the net or the product has been damaged in transit; please contact us within 30 days. Please do not return the item before speaking to us first through the Contact Seller function.
Once you have received confirmation from our team to return your order, please return in the original packaging and we will refund the cost of the order and the return delivery charge.
Other Reasons
If you want to return your beauty goods for any other reason, please contact us within 30 days through the site and all products must be returned in the original packaging, sealed and unused. If we feel that the product/s may have been used then we will be unable to provide you with a refund.
Make sure you include your invoice in the return package so we can process your return as quickly as possible and keep a copy of your postage receipt in case the parcel is lost in transit. Once we receive your order, we will refund the cost of the order only (shipping costs excluded).
